Question and answer

An overview of authorized Multicycle dealers can be found on our Dealers.

The warranty period begins with purchase and is only valid for the first owner. The warranty is not transferable and does not apply to used bicycles. The warranty is not extended if the frame or parts are replaced.

You can order original and suitable Multicycle parts from your Multicycle dealer.

Your dealer is your point of contact for warranty. He is the best judge of this. In case of doubt or discussion, the relevant part can be sent by your dealer to Multicycle’s Service and Warranty Department for assessment. In the event of a warranty or goodwill, Multicycle will reimburse this to your dealer. No reimbursements are made outside the Multicycle dealer network.

Unfortunately, there is no clear answer to this. This depends on many different factors. Consider, for example, the total weight of the bicycle and rider, the surface, the type of tires, the tire pressure and the outside temperature.

No, we don’t even recommend this. It is best to disconnect the bicycle from the charger after fully charging and unplug the charger from the wall socket.

If you do not use your e-bike for a long time, it is wise to have the battery charged at least 60%. We do not recommend leaving your battery on the charger for a longer period of time. Charge the battery at least once every 2 months and ensure that it is at least 60% charged.

The warranty period on Multicycle bicycles is 2 years. For more information, please consult the Warranty Conditions or your dealer.

  • Fully charge your battery before departure.
Ensure the correct tire pressure (this is stated on the side of the tire).
  • Use your gears optimally. Drive off in a light gear and shift up as soon as you get going. Use the gears as you would with a bicycle without assistance.
  • Store and charge the battery at room temperature in winter. Charging will be faster and the higher temperature ensures a better range.
  • Set the support as low as possible.

A well-fitting bicycle is very important for the optimal sitting position. Your Multicycle dealer will be happy to provide you with good advice about this. In addition to going to the dealer, you can also look in our shop, which contains a detailed explanation of how to calculate the frame size.

Your Multicycle dealer can best advise you on this. This depends on many factors such as the type of gear system, the use of the bicycle, weather conditions and the surface

In case of service/warranty, you should always contact your own Multicycle dealer. Your dealer is your point of contact and will offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible.
